ot99 Terms and Conditions — Know Before Using the Platform

1 Definitions & General Terms

In this document, "Platform" refers to the ot99 website, mobile version, and related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered an account on ot99. "We" or "Company" refers to the ot99 operator.

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same device, or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ot99 may request valid identification or other documents at any time for identity verification purposes. Providing false information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on the ot99 platform is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, delays may occur due to identity verification or banking technical issues.

3.4 Transaction Security

ot99 uses SSL encryption technology for all financial transactions. Your banking information remains fully secure during deposits and withdrawals. The Company will never ask for your password or PIN.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ot99 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account
• A bonus may apply to specific games — read the details of each offer
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
• Fraudulent activity to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not allowed

5 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Policy

VIP cashback and other benefits are provided at the Company's discretion. The Company reserves the right to change VIP program terms without prior notice.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Company Rights

ot99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Due to any legal or regulatory requirement

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
